Service terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AccessPilot’s accessibility scanning, monitoring and subscription services.

Effective: 7 October 2026 · Service operator: Hasan Iqram, Sweden

1. About AccessPilot

AccessPilot is an independent software service operated by Hasan Iqram. The service provides automated website accessibility scanning, monitoring, issue summaries, account features and subscription-based usage limits.

2. Automated testing limitations

AccessPilot is designed to assist accessibility work. Automated testing detects only a subset of accessibility barriers. Scan results are not legal advice, not an accessibility certification, and do not guarantee compliance with WCAG, the European Accessibility Act or any other law or standard.

3. Authorized use

You may scan websites that you own, operate, manage or are otherwise authorized to test. You must not use AccessPilot to attack or disrupt systems, probe private networks, evade access controls, introduce malicious traffic or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide should be reasonably accurate and current.

5. Plans, billing and renewals

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions processed through Stripe. The price, billing interval and plan limits shown at checkout form part of your subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

6. Plan limits

AccessPilot may technically enforce limits such as the number of websites, pages per scan, monitoring frequency, stored history or related features. Attempting to bypass those limits is prohibited.

7. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

8. Availability and changes

AccessPilot may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features. Reasonable efforts are made to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

9. Third-party services

AccessPilot depends on third-party providers including Vercel, Supabase, Stripe and Resend. Their outages, policy changes or technical failures may affect the service.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AccessPilot is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or decisions made solely on automated scan results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by Swedish law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply based on the customer’s location.
